Lourensford Wine Estate extends a kind invitation to host your function or event at the magnificent new venue, Laurent. For a limited time only we have dropped our venue hire to R25 000 ex VAT on all bookings confirmed by Sunday, 19 August 2012 at 00h00. This includes the use of our standard stock which consists of white tiffany chairs, rectangular tables, lounge furniture and cutlery and crockery sufficient for 250 guests.
The newly renovated Laurent is an architectural masterpiece which stands royally overlooking the rolling lawns of the Lourensford Polo Fields and extending its view from the majestic mountains to the nearby ocean. A beautiful setting paves the way to a beautiful function, and you'll find this to be true when you set foot on the glorious Estate where Cape Dutch grandeur combines with sleek and modern architecture. Our crisp white Polo Field Viewing Deck offers spectacular panorama views of the Estate and a unique backdrop for various occasions.

Laurent presents a clean, yet elaborate canvas, complete with detailed crystal chandeliers and a veranda that overlooks the entire Estate. The entrance boasts with magnificent fountains with sculptures designed and created especially for the new venue and the owner's family by the well-known landscape artist Strijdom van der Merwe.

The venue can facilitate 250 guests and if the veranda is utilized up to 300 guests.
