tasting notes
This is a refreshing Cap Classique that suits all palates and occasions. The light yellow-gold hue is well complemented by creamy buttery tones and the off-dry palate adds another dimension of complexity. The fresh and fruity style of the wine brings out the lightness of this MCC with hints of pears, litchis and primary fruit.

The House of J.C. Le Roux was the first South African cellar to produce an off-dry Cap Classique, J.C. Le Roux La Vallée. This off-dry Cap Classique is a fresher and lighter style of MCC and will be enjoyed by people with a drier palate as well as those enjoying a slightly sweeter taste. The La Vallée was produced from predominantly Pinot noir grapes and matured for 12 months on the lees before degorgement.
