Fermented in 10,000 litre stainless steel tanks with between 16 to 20 days skin contact. Malolactic fermentation occurred in French oak barrels.

28 Sep 12 12255Expensive Thandi Zwambila I was really looking forward to this but it was slightly bitter with time to aerate doing it little justice. I am prepared to conceed that this wine was opened too soon (?).
