A subtle, soft and round, good aging wine, where the farm's typical earthiness with other soft savoury notes follow through on the nose and reflect the wine's unique terroir. Dark forest fruit with a hint of spiciness, achieved through a subtle, crafted blend of oak and tannins. The third harvest off these young vineyards show stunning potential with good structure and age potential.

The typical, mineral-richness of the farm is evident again in this subtly complex wine. Whiffs of nettles, gooseberries and tropical flavours combine on the nose with hints of asparagus, green peppers and figines. The notes grow and build and linger on the palate and are excellent expressions of the rich terroir of Wedderwill. A zingy, crisp liveliness.

Warm and spicy; gathering of dark berries, with notes of scattered plum. There is a soft, mellow sun-dried tomato flavour to this red blend. The Merlot adds plumminess to the nose, while the Cabernet brings forth wild berry flavours. A full mid-palate is present, with round, soft tannins and good aging potential. Malbec and Shiraz introduce spiciness. (Like the other varietals, these were lightly barrel aged).

Distinctly tropical; expect burst of asparagus, with a mild finish later. A white blend, with a strong lemon blossom and ripe citrus fragrances on the nose. Lightly-wooded Semillon, Chardonnay, and Chenin Blanc fill up the mid-palate, while the Nouvelle introduces minerality and earthy, straw flavours. A fresh, mild lemon-sorbet flavour lingers.
