Enjoy well-chilled. Very refreshing on its own and lovely with crisp salads, light seafood dishes and tapas. Try with steamed green asparagus and aioli for a lovely alternative.
This unwooded Chardonnay is an accessible wine with the body of the Chardonnay grape but without the oak and buttery flavours often associated with this cultivar. The colour is a brilliant green-gold and the style is dry yet fruity. The nose has pronounced tropical flavours following through onto a pallet with a well-rounded, lingering citrus finish.
Slightly chilled. Lovely with most starter dishes. Well paired with chicken and fish, whether served grilled or in a creamy sauce.
Riebeek Pinotage Rosé offers this exclusive South African cultivar in a dryer, but fresh and fruity style. An elegant Rosé bursting with flavours of fresh strawberries and ripe cherries, but without the cloying sweetness of an average Rosé.

Served at room temperature, this Cabernet Sauvignon pairs perfectly with red meat dishes, especially classic recipes like roasted leg of lam, grilled lamb chops and beef kebabs. While ready to drink, it would benefit from another year in the bottle.

One of the most popular wines in the Riebeek range, the Merlot offers an array of red berries and a soft and mellow pallet. The style is elegant with well-integrated fruit and oak flavours on the nose. The palate is velvety and smooth with an aftertaste that lingers with the juicy flavours of abundant berries.
Serve at room temperature. This mellow and fruity Merlot can easily be enjoyed on its own, but is also very versatile when it comes to the table. A perfect partner with lighter red meat dishes, spaghetti bolognaise and chicken, the Merlot is also the ideal if you prefer red wine with your vegetarian meal and pasta.
Often referred to as Shiraz Country, the Riebeek Valley is renowned for exceptional Shiraz wines. The Riebeek Shiraz is a lively rich wine, full bodied with a subdued smokiness on the nose and a pallet of ripe fruit and interesting spice. Well-balanced and smooth, the aftertaste lingers with the exciting flavours of Christmas pudding.
Serve at room temperature. The perfect companion to barbequed lamb, fillet medallions and game. Lovely with Springbok stuffed with bacon, garlic and rosemary and a great match to a cheese and preserve platter.
An exciting new blend offering the black berry flavours of a classic Cabernet with the ripeness and roundness of a Merlot. Careful oak treatment culminated in subtle coffee flavours for a well-structured but very accessible wine, ideal for everyday enjoyment.

Short Street CGV is fresh dry white wine with the clean uncomplicated structure and well-defined fruity flavours associated with wines produced from the old bush vines of which the last remaining examples are primarily located in the Swartland. A slight hint of perfume from the Viognier integrates perfectly with well-balanced natural acidity for a refreshing, mouth-watering finish.
Serve well-chilled (8 to 10°C), the wine is exceptionally food-friendly, enhancing enjoyment without masking food character.
