A classic red blend with vibrant personality.
This is a well integrated blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Merlot.  It has sweet mulberry and perfumed cedar notes on the nose.  Characteristic cassis and ripe tannins line the palate followed by a lingering aftertaste.  Bottled in January 2008.

A refreshing crowd pleaser, perfect for alfresco dining.
This unwooded Chardonnay underwent two months lees contact.  It has notes of pear and passion fruit on the nose with lovely peach flavours on the palate.  This is a well rounded wine with a limey sweet fruit finish.

A delicious Chardonnay with well balanced oak and fruit flavours.
The wine was produced entirely from grapes grown on Doolhof Wine Estate.  It was matured in French oak for ten months resulting in nutty and fresh citrus aromas, lively lemon and peach flavours on the palate and a lenghty aftertaste.  Bottled in April 2007.

Veritas 2008 - Silver
A lively Sauvignon bursting with green fig and ripe tropical flavours. An enticing, complex bouquet of capsicum and green fig. Gooseberry and passion fruit flavours introduce a perfectly tapered tail.

A classic Merlot with well integrated oak and berry flavours.
The wine was matured in 50% new French oak barrels for 12 months.  Bright aromas of red fruit and sugared plums are followed by a juicy layer of ripe mulberries on the palate.  Smoky tones and firm tannins add complexity to this elegant wine.  Bottled in September 2007.
