ALLÉE BLEUE Wine Estate owes its name to the statuesque, blue eucalyptus trees that magnificently line the entrance to this prestigious South African tourism destination. For us however, this name also expresses our philosophy, homage to the blue planet, to the sky and water and to the colour of peace.

After significant investment in building improvements and cellar technology, ALLÉE BLEUE, enchantingly situated amidst fragrant fields of herbs and broad meadows offers outstanding wines, having won numerous national and international awards over recent years. Allée Bleue Pinotage has shown particular interest from local and international wine buyers and press.

Great effort has been invested into combining age old tradition with the demands of the new millennium, whilst ensuring our historic roots are never neglected. In addition, the estate also offers the Gable House wine tasting centre, a world class conference facility, a number of idealic wedding venues, the historic two-bedroom and recently renovated Kendall Cottage and the chic Allée Bleue Bistro. Kendall Cottage is the first phase of the estate’s luxury accommodation offering. By mid 2010, a total of seventeen stylish suites will be completed using the existing and historic collection of manor houses that dot the estate’s stunning landscape.
