We offer the ideal Conference venue with facilities for groups up to 50 delegates in a relaxed and private conference room. The conference room is air-conditioned and provides an outstanding venue for team-building, product launches and training sessions.

Full day package l with Lunch @ R350 per delegate (VAT Inc.)

  • Arrival: Coffee/Tea /Juice and Biscotti
  • Mid morning: Coffee/Tea/Juice and freshly baked muffins
  • Lunch: Set menu in the restaurant or a working lunch in the conference room with a glass of Hills wine or a soft drink
  • Mid Afternoon: Coffee/Tea and Durbanville Hills chocolates


Half day package l with Lunch @ R325 per delegate (VAT Inc.) 

  • Arrival: Coffee/Tea /Juice and Biscotti
  • Mid morning: Coffee/Tea/Juice and freshly baked muffins
  • Lunch: Set menu in the restaurant or a working lunch in the conference room with a glass of Hills wine or a soft drink


Please note:

  • Extra beverages during lunch are not included in the package and will be charged on consumption
  • Final numbers are required 48 hours prior to the conference. We will cater for that number and charge accordingly
  • Our kitchen is neither Kosher nor Halaal but we are able to provide such catering at an additional cost
  • Facilities available from 08h00 until 17h00 daily. Alternative arrangements can be negotiated at an additional rate
