By embracing that theory, owners, Melanie Paltoglou and Zunia Boucher-Myers know that every guest will have exceptional service, outstanding food and will regard the restaurant as a ‘home away from home.’
To ensure that this philosophy saturates the restaurant, you will always find either one of them on duty as they firmly believe that a ship needs the captain at the helm at all times.
