Size does matter! Get Gorgeous at Graham Beck's free winter wine tasting

The last of three complimentary tastings to convey the inner workings of creating Méthode Cap Classique will be held at Gorgeous by Graham Beck on Wednesday 5 September at Steenberg estate in Constantia.
The topic at hand, Size does Matter, refers to the effect of bottle size on the Méthode Cap Classique inside. By means of illustration, Pieter “Bubbles” Ferreira will pour magnum-sized bubbly and the same wine in a 375 ml bottle size, and discuss the flavour comparison with guests.

Executive Chef Garth Almazan of Catharinas restaurant will showcase the points that Pieter makes with a delectable canapé; this being spicy fried prawn in green curry spice, in nori and spring roll pastry, with lime aioli, pineapple salsa and micro herbs.

This fun and informative event is offered for free to those who visit between 6pm and 8.30pm on the evening.
