Make Spring a dazzling celebration with a sparkling candy carnival at The House of J.C. Le Roux, the world-class Méthode Cap Classique destination in Stellenbosch.

Available from 5 to 7 September in the trendy La Fleurette lounge, this delightful experience is a must for bubbly lovers who want to tuck into delicious sweet treats while sipping on a glass of La Fleurette or La Fleurette Non-Alcoholic. With lively, passion pink hues and sweet, fruity flavours of strawberry, plum and tropical fruit, both these fashionable stunners are the perfect start to celebrate spring. La Fleurette Non-Alcoholic is the ideal alternative for bubbly lovers who would like to indulge in a glass or two, but without the alcohol.

Specially designed, limited edition J.C. Le Roux La Vallée and La Vallée Rosé gift packs, emblazoned with beautiful spring themes, will also be on offer at The House of J.C. Le Roux for the whole of September. These stunning, palate pleasing Cap Classiques are elegant choices fit for any occasion. With its beautiful golden hue and fine, lovely bubbles, La Vallée is a firm favourite with people who enjoy an off-dry taste. Its blushing counterpart, La Vallée Rosé, is pure style in a bottle and boasts light, yeasty tones and powerful fruit flavours.

Each J.C. Le Roux Cap Classique is crafted in the time honoured French tradition whereby the delicate bubbles are created in every bottle during a process of secondary fermentation. South African bubblies made in this way are known as Méthode Cap Classique, as only the French version may be called champagne.

A true South African Icon and the country’s top wine brand for the 4th consecutive year as voted by consumers in the 2014/2015 Ask Afrika Icon Brand survey, J.C. Le Roux has a wide range of Cap Classique and sparkling wines to suit every palate. So head down to South Africa’s leading home of sparkling wine and raise your glass to the best of the best.

Tasting times for the sparkling candy carnival at The House of J.C. Le Roux are 11h00 and 13h00 with a maximum of 12 people at a time. Tickets at R70 per person are available via www.webtickets.co.za. If you want to spoil yourself a little more, additional top ups per glass are available for purchase. The La Vallée and La Vallée Rosé gift packs cost R80 and R90 respectively at the cellar door.
