The 2015 vintages of the Angels Tears Rosé and Grande Provence Rosé are perfectly paired with white Belgian chocolate with a vibrant pink Rosé infused ganache. A white Belgian chocolate truffle, with roasted peanuts and a purple ganache, is the taste partner for the elegant Grande Provence Pinot Noir 2014.
