Get the creative juices flowing and think about these offerings: Does ice cream and wine pairings really work? Which wines can stand up to spicy salami and biltong? And what about everyone’s favourite – wine and chocolates?
Van Rooyen plans to pose the question: Chocolate and Wine Pairings: Magic or Myth in his presentation and has chosen pairings to work together well, or so we hope! Participants are welcome to comment, make suggestions and eventually make up their own minds.
After the tasting a light lunch with a glass of wine will be served. The cost is R100 pp and we have seats for 20 wine lovers only, so make sure you get your seats booked asap.
