David Finlayson from Edgebaston talks to wine.co.za about his Cabernet Sauvignon 2009 from low yielding vineyards. The wine shows dark berry flavours and has spent two years in the barrel, 70% new oak. If you are looking for wines to lay down and enjoy later - these have great ageing potential.
