Saronsberg Cellar now BWI certified

30 July 2012  by Saronsberg Cellar
The Biodiversity & Wine Initiative (BWI) is a pioneering conservation partnership with the South African wine industry.

“BWI Members” are wine producers and/or growers who have made a commitment to conserving our unique Cape winelands, whilst implementing environmentally responsible management practices both within their cellars and on the farm.

In addition, these producers or growers have fulfilled the stringent BWI Member criteria, established and audited by the BWI committee.
