Le Bonheur Wine Estate |
|
Le Bonheur, which means happiness, has a rich history dating back to 1790. This breathtaking 163 hectare estate is situated along the slopes of Klapmuts Hill, part of the renowned Simonsberg Mountains, in the Stellenbosch Wine of Origin district.
Hand sorting the grapes at Le Bonheur has remained a tradition. This is one of the reasons why Le Bonheur wines are so acclaimed, both locally and internationally.
Visitors can sample the acclaimed wines in the traditional H-shape Cape-Dutch Manor House which is a prime example of the architecture of its time. Le Bonheur welcomes you to come and enjoy the seemingly timeless atmosphere of the Estate.
