Hotel Izulu in Ballito welcomes Springfield Estate to its monthly wine market on Sunday, 30 September 2012 at 12h00.
The 5-star Hotel Izulu in Ballito, along with
, Robertson, will host its monthly Wine Market on Sunday, 30 September 2012. At a cost of R150.00 per person, with entertainment by the band ‘Afritude’, guests can enjoy a day of food and wine pairing from 12h00 on-wards. Springfield Estate
Some of the food and wine pairing options are – BBQ chicken kebabs with coriander and chilli pesto paired with 2012, won ton stacks with tuna and ginger paired with ‘Special Cuvee’ Sauvignon Blanc 2012 and baby calamari stuffed with chilli and feta and a chardonnay sauce paired with ‘Life from Stone’ Sauvignon Blanc .

Other options include – mini beef burger with rocket and guacamole paired with ‘ and lamb kofta with tzatziki paired with Whole Berry’ Cabernet Sauvignon 2010 .

A selection for kids includes burgers, hot dogs and ice cream cones. Hotel Izulu’s Deli will also offer soup, cheese boards, breads, biscuits and Hotel Izulu’s infamous fudge.
