Spring is finally here. More people are venturing back to the Estate and everything is coming back to life. We are celebrating Spring with our annual Asparagus Festival and with the release of several new vintages. 

Dornier Wines has been featured in a new book entitled "Wine Visionaries" published by Delius Klasing. The book will be available at the Estate and in book stores soon.

Just Released
Dornier Donatus White 2011 

This is our truly unique wine in its 9th edition and we are very proud of it. The focus behind this blend is to bring together the opulence and complexity of Chenin Blanc with the freshness and rich mouth feel of the Semillon. In addition to the fruit traditionally used from our vineyards in Stellenbosch, we decided to source some fruit from old, dry land vineyards within the Swartland region.
