More for Four Wine Show Deal
18 February 2013  by OutSorceress Marketing
In a move designed to help the Capes wine producers to reach South Africas most important markets as cost effectively as possible, the organisers of RMB WineX and the FNB sponsored regional wine shows in Mpumalanga, Limpopo and Free State have created an extraordinary multi-show deal.
Limited to 60 producers, it permits exhibitors booking at all four shows by 15 March to get their stand at any one of the regional shows absolutely free. In addition (and in line with past arrangements), there is a 15% discount for group bookings of six stands or more at WineX as well as loyalty programme benefits which provide enhanced value for WineX Platinum and Gold card holders. Its never been easier for producers to get the most out of South Africas best known and most successful consumer wine shows.

The Four Show Deal gives the wine industry an easily accessed and stream-lined vehicle through which to reach a growing and increasingly lucrative local market. The announcement last year of the regional show sponsorship by FNB Private Clients is an added boost to achieving this endeavour. Delays affecting confirmation of venue and date have made it impossible to include the Cape Town show in this Early Bird offer - a separate announcement covering exhibitor packages for this event will follow in due course.
The four shows’ details are as follows:

FNB Mpumalanga Wine Show: Friday 26 and Saturday 27 April – Ingwenyama, White River – Fourth show since 2010

FNB Limpopo Wine Show: Thursday 25 and Friday 26 July – Meropa Casino, Polokwane – Seventh show since 2007

FNB Free State Wine Show: Thursday 1 and Friday 2 August – Bloemfontein venue to be confirmed – Inaugural show

RMB WineX Sandton: Wednesday 23 to Friday 25 October – Pavilion, Sandton Convention Centre – 14th show since 2000

Exhibitor queries: Call (011) 482 5936/5/4; Email alex@outsorceress.co.za ; Visit www.outsorceress.co.za or www.winex.co.za

The Four Show Deal rate of R19 450 is valid for bookings made by 15 March and payment received by 12 April. All booking details, the multi-show booking form, and floor plans can be found via www.outsorceress.co.za . Producers unable to participate in all four shows will pay rack rates of R4 500 plus VAT for each of the regional wine shows and the starting rate of R10 450 plus VAT for RMB WineX Sandton. With no hidden costs, the stand tariff includes all costs for provision of a ‘dressed’ stand, signage, water, ice, refrigeration, wine management, ice buckets, spittoons, tasting glasses and cleaning.
As in the past, exhibitors will be able to sell their wines at each of the wine shows via the Shop@Show which facilitates the consolidation of orders and convenient home delivery for show visitors.

"South Africas best known and most successful consumer wine shows"
Umm, says who exactly?
Agrre with Marinus Skeptic - 19 February 2013
Every little helps when times are so tough, so a deal like this sounds good. But why is there no information on how many visitors attend the region shows? No info on how much wine they buy either? The Cape Town disaster in the last 2 years makes me very cautious about this line-up..
Numbers at the Limpopo and Mpumalanga Wine Shows Janice Fridjhon - 19 February 2013
Feedback from exhibitors after Cape Town 2012 did not describe it as a disaster. Sorry you were unhappy.
Limpopo Wine Show is in its 7th year and on average has had between 700 and 1000 visitors over the two nights and wine sales ranging from R100 000 to R300 000. Mpumalanga over three years has seen steady growth in visitor and exhibitor numbers and last year had 1200 feet thru the foor, with R200 000 in wine sales.
"Skeptic", you have our contact details: If you're prepared to engage, send us a mail and we'll share the stats and benefits of the shows with you.
