The new series ‘Rocking with Royalty’ Top 100 2013 winning wines tasting party-events in JHB, CT and DBN are set to roll throughout MAY.  Enjoy the 10 second video

Top 100 thought it timely to publish a feature article written by acclaimed MW and Top 100 judge Greg Sherwood, entitled:  ‘South African Fine Wine Comes of Age’.  We share Greg’s sentiments fully. According to research:  “A seismic shift in the international perception of South African fine wine is taking place among wine merchants and brokers in global markets.” Click here for the full story.

Global wine leader,'s Rebecca Gibb, a Louis Roederer Emerging Wine Writer of the Year winner, reviewed the 2013 Top 100 Challenge and results.  This brought additional world-wide weight, traffic and attention to the Top 100 website and brand, to the Challenge results, as well as to winning wines.  Great news for wineries given that is the world’s most effective global engine to aid finding and buying fine wine! The successful Top 100 winners’ launch and award event was well recorded.  Images have been uploaded and can now be found on the Top 100 website.  While being a fun and relaxed celebration, the successful group of wine makers, cellar masters and owners was made up of the top industry professionals.  One of the event’s features is to provide the first opportunity to this elite group to taste and compare their winning wines against other winners – a task not always taken lightly!
