Landskroon Estate is one of the exhibitors at the Cape Gate Shopping Precinct’s Centre Court on 20 and 21 June from 17h00-21h00 and grabbed the opportunity to show off some of their wines and their much-loved "Port" as a preview to the festival. Wine lovers can taste and buy more than 150 wines directly from the producers. A wide selection to suit every palate and wallet, ranging from red, white, dry and sweet right through to Cape Ruby (Port), bubbly and pot-stilled brandy, is on offer. The exhibitors are Avontuur Estate, Checkers Oddbins, Checkers Wines of the World, Croydon Wine Estate, Du Toitskloof Wine Cellar, Groenland, Hidden Valley Wines, Kleine Zalze Wines, Koelenhof, Landskroon Wines, Lord’s Winery, Lourensford Wine Estate, Orange River Wines, Perdeberg, Quoin Rock, Rhebokskloof, Riebeek Cellars, Solms-Delta Wine Estate, Two Oceans – Quay 4 Wines and Vergenoegd Wine Estate. abuzzWine, in association with Cybercellar, will be introducing their new smart phone or tablet apps at the fest, which provides information, tasting notes and purchasing & delivery options about all of South Africa’s top wines in the most user-friendly way . Comfy chill area’s inside the wine tasting area will create a party atmosphere and visitors can purchase some warming winter fare from local charity organisation Shiloh Synergy(who is also the main beneficiary of the event), to ensure a feeling of well-being before having to face the elements again.
