Smoked trout, strawberry and feta salad, served with Drostdy-Hof Natural Sweet Rosé

Serves 4 to 6
 
Ingredients
15ml olive oil
500g smoked trout or salmon
250g strawberries, halved
100g Danish feta cheese
Handful of rocket leaves
Salt and ground black pepper
 
Method
  • Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Place the trout or salmon, skin side down in the pan and fry until the fish is opaque. Set aside and allow to cool.
  • Gently flake the trout or salmon using two forks and arrange on a platter. Add the strawberries and feta and top with the salad leaves. 
Season to taste and serve with chilled Drostdy-Hof Natural Sweet Rosé.
