the Mutual & Federal Agri Wellington Wine Route says: “As the QftB grows in
years and stature, more and more people who have never heard of Wellington’s
treasures, are enquiring and buying. Furthermore, we are determining the
cultivars which do well in our unique terroir and are in a better position to
market the wines as such.”
Sponsorship
Since September 2012, Mutual &
Federal Agri is the title sponsor of the Wellington Wine Route.
According to Andries Wiese, Group
Manager of Agriculture at Mutual & Federal Agri, this partnership allows
them the opportunity to demonstrate their support of the agricultural community
and a platform to strengthen existing relationships. ‘We can explore mutually
beneficial opportunities within this community whilst generating a great deal
of brand exposure and networking opportunities’, says Wiese.
