Early birds can opt for a luxurious breakfast of
chocolate coconut granola with plain yoghurt, raspberry compote, fresh fruit
and a lime zest omelette
filled with cream cheese, smoked
Norwegian salmon and caramelised onions, served with a mixed berry smoothie or
a Lindt cappuccino.
If dinner is on the cards, Chef Renshaw Adams’
irresistible menu will not disappoint. Available from 19h00 with live music
hitting just the right notes, the stage will definitely be set for romance,
starting with a glass of uplifting J.C. Le Roux bubbly and an amuse bouche of
exotic mushroom spring roll and Porcini mushroom mousse.
Choose between oysters or candied bacon and La Vallée
pear salad, then tuck into pan-fried Norwegian salmon fillet or parmesan
crusted sirloin steak for mains.
Dessert will truly be a tempting affair of red velvet
cheesecake served with crème anglaise and La Fleurette berry compote, or Lindt
chocolate crème brûlée served with fresh fruit and pistachio dust.
As an exclusive Valentine’s Day indulgence, bubbly
fans who purchase two bottles of J.C. Le Roux La Fleurette on the day will
receive a complimentary box of sweet treats to enjoy with this vivacious
sparkling wine.
