Taste world class Méthode Cap Classique from The House of J.C. Le Roux at this year’s Sizwe Ntsaluba Gobodo Celebration of Bubbles Festival at the Inanda Country Club in Sandton over the weekend of 14 and 15 March 2015.
Serious bubbly lovers can savour the elegant J.C. Le Roux Cap Classique range from the country’s leading dedicated sparkling wine house in the heart of the Stellenbosch Winelands, alongside the fine local and French offerings at this uplifting showcase.

From the showstopper prestige cuvée, Scintilla 2008, the demi-sec La Vallée and La Vallée Rosé to the refreshing Brut, vintage Pinot Noir and Pinot Noir Rosé, there is a J.C. Le Roux Cap Classique for every palate and every occasion worth celebrating.

The stylish J.C. Le Roux Cap Classiques are all made according to the time honoured, classic French tradition during a second fermentation stage. South African sparkling wines made in this way are known as Méthode Cap Classique, as only the French version may be called champagne. The Celebration of Bubbles gives Johannesburg bubbly fans the unique opportunity to compare these local Cap Classiques with their French counterparts.

The Celebration of Bubbles Festival will be held from 12h00 to 18h00 on Saturday, 14 March and 12h00 to 16h00 on Sunday, 15 March. Tickets are R250 per person (includes 10 tasting tokens) at www.webtickets.co.za or at the entrance.
