This news was welcomed by Creation
co-owner and marketing director, Carolyn Martin, who as a wine and food pairing
guru herself, said that Creation felt honoured to partner with the celebrity chefs
performing at the Food Theatre this year.
Among these chefs are Coco Reinarhz who will be pairing his Slow Roasted Lamb Neck and Black Olive
Cannelloni with the Creation Syrah Grenache and Shaun Bruce who has chosen the
Creation Chardonnay to complement his crispy early grey braised pork belly with
shades of pea puree, apple sauce, potato dauphine and shimishi mushrooms
In combining winemaking showmanship with culinary artistry,
gorgeous flavours with irresistible textures, Creation has gained an enviable
reputation for their Wine and Food Pairing. To prove this, this trendsetting
Estate has already won the coveted KLINK Wine Tourism Award for Best Food and
Wine Pairing at the Cellar Door twice.
“At Creation we
believe that good wines deserve to be enjoyed with good food and thanks to the
refreshing character that cleanses the palate, the superb balance of fruit
flavours and tannins and the judicious use of oak, Creation wines are
exceptionally food-friendly,” says Carolyn.
She extends a warm welcome to visitors at the Good Food & Wine
Show to come and meet the Creation team at the Food Theatre where they will be
offered the opportunity of tasting their entire range of award-winning wines.
In celebration of Cape Town’s Good Food & Wine Show, Creation also
takes pleasure in offering an exciting competition. To find out more, follow
