Renowned for producing handcrafted, elegant wines that reflect the true characteristics of their terroir, Peter Falke Wines has announced the forthcoming release of the long-awaited new vintage of Blanc de Noir.Beautifully blush in the delicate colour of a pale pink winter sunset, the PF Blanc de Noir 2015 was produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The juice was immediately drained after a light pressing, to prevent excessive colour extraction. The nose tempts with aromas of cotton candy, caramel and red fruits, and the creamy palate pleases with strawberry and rhubarb. Well rounded with a creamy fullness, this wine is superb on its own or enjoyed with sushi, mild winter curries and berry pavlova.
