The golden thread that runs through the cuvées at Maison Ruinart is their use of Chardonnay in the production of these fine champagnes. Maison Ruinart defines this cultivar as their very soul and. The grape, mainly harvested from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims terroirs, is at the heart of all their cuvées.

Since opening its doors in September 2015, Benguela on Main has won over patrons with Executive Chef, Jean's creative dishes and immaculate attention to detail. Chef Jean honed his skills at a number of fine dining institutions before taking the helm at this prestigious new restaurant.
