Limited to a maximum of 30 guests, the evening will be hosted at the luxurious Stellenbosch Vineyards tasting room in Stellenbosch, offering them an opportunity to learn more about varietals like Chenin Blanc, Grenache and Cabernet Franc from the winemakers.
Look forward to a Wild Mushroom Gallette and Goat’s Cheese and Pumpkin Pot Sticker with Brown Soy Butter as canapés, served with a glass of bubbly on arrival. For starters, a Boudin Blanc and Mushroom Ravioli, Sauce Albufera, Roast Chicken Breast, followed by a choice of Grilled Linefish, Fingerling Potato Salad and Raspberry Sauce Vierge or Confit Duck served with Black Rice and Charred Corn Risotto, Confit Garlic Duck Jus and braised Baby Leeks for main course. End off the perfect evening with a delicious Banana and Milk Chocolate Trifle, soaked Sultanas and Caramel Crunch. What’s more, the menu has been carefully prepared with wines from the Stellenbosch Vineyards Collection of Fine Wines in mind, namely its ultra-premium ranges The Flaghsip, Credo and Infiniti.
