Top restaurants and wineries will set up shop alongside artisanal cheese, charcuterie and chocolate stands. Visitors will be able purchase goods from a range of exhibitors to tailor-make their own picnic experience amongst the exquisite sculptures.
Sample delicious food from these fine Franschhoek restaurants: Boschendal, Café des Arts, Bread & Wine, The Kitchen at Holden Manz, The Franschhoek Cellar, Grande Provence, Fromage de France, Huguenot Chocolates, L’Ermitage, Dutch East and Terbadore Coffee. The 2017 Nirox winter exhibition, entitled Open Laboratory, will be open to the public throughout the Winter Sculpture Fair. Visitors can wander the park and discover the artworks, or picnic amongst the sculpture with family and friends.
