Customising our Tea Ritual
In order to offer the best tea selection for our tea rituals and treatments; our team went tea tasting at Nigiro Tea Merchants. It was an enjoyable afternoon savouring the aromas and tastes of the different teas.

Focus on Sun Care

What does a Sun Protection Factor (SPF) mean and how can we be sun smart?
SPF refers to the extra protection offered by applying a specific sunscreen lotion to the skin. The SPF number is an indication of how long the factor will protect your skin against UVBrays before you start burning and after how many minutes you need to reapply the sunscreen.

No matter what the SPF is, consumers should reapply every 2 hours when in the sun, reduce time in the sun between 10am and 4pm, wear sunglasses on bright days, wear protective clothing like a wide-brimmed hat when outdoors as well as watching out for bright surfaces like sand and water which reflect UV rays and increase exposure.
