Bonne Esperance also well known as "Bonnies" was, until recently, only available to those who were in possession of a KWV quota, but will now be freely available for all to enjoy.
The name, Bonne Esperance, literally means Good Hope and celebrates our South African winemaking tradition as it developed for more than 300 years.

"We are extremely excited to launch this product to our consumers, this fun refreshing and affordable wine that was enjoyed by many people over the years is now made available to all. Bonnies has the potential to become a true household name. The wine itself and the different pack sizes available are perfect for any get - together and occasion," says Chanel Kruger, Category manager KWV Wine South Africa.

This non-vintage, non-varietal wine is tailored to consumers that enjoy an elegant and tasty wine to serve their needs in almost any occasion, whether at a braai with friends or a glass of wine after work.

Bonne Esperance Select Red is a fruity, smooth and soft red wine with a lingering aftertaste and is available in 750ml, 1L and a 3L BIB. Bonne Esperance Select White is bursting with tropical fruit and should be enjoyed chilled. The Select White is also available in 750ml, 1L and a 3L BIB.

This deliciously smooth wine will retail for R21.99 for the 750ml and R29.99 for the 1L. The 3L Bag in Box will retail for R59.99, making this an affordable choice for all consumers.
