The main cultivars planted on Rhebokskloof are Shiraz, Pinotage, Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc, but other cultivars are planted as well in smaller volumes to create perfect blends.

A combination of the latest developments in cellar technology and classic craftmanship methods results in quality wines of exceptional quality.

Rhebokskloof’s cellar makes use of traditional techniques when creating wine, forgoing extensive technology for time-trusted approaches that yields exceptional wine. During the pump-over process in harvest time, some of the grapes are pressed by hand.
