tasting notes
Colour: youthful sunshine, apple green. With age it will develop a golden honey colour.
Aroma: Lovely honey blossom, jasmine, sour fig preserve and sugared peaches.
Taste: Peach, apricot and lemon drops. Vanilla infused grapefruit peel and gooseberry. There is a good underlying acidity, but with sweetness, clean and refined. The lingering aftertaste remains fresh. (375ml)
ageing potential
This wine will age exceptionally well and show fuller flavours as it develops.
