The Paradyskloof Grenache / Malbec / Shiraz shows beautiful fruit aromas of predominantly cherries and raspberries. The wine is well structured with a good balance between the acidity and tannins with a terrific mouth-feel. The palate is dominated upfront by bright red fruit flavours with a lingering aftertaste of spices.
Medium bodied in style, it has great texture and mouth feel and a long finish.
