The second Business of Food & Wine Tourism conference will be held at Spier in Stellenbosch on 20 September 2017. The theme this year is “Aiming for Excellence”. International speakers and local experts will present on the themes of winery best practice, enhancing customer experience, digital marketing, Virtual Reality, sustainable supply chains, PR for times of crisis as well as hiring and training for service excellence.
