Doolhof Signature Shiraz 2006 DISCONTINUED

An elegant Shiraz with ripe berry fruits and smoky flavours.
The grapes were hand picked and the wine was matured in 70% first fill and 30% second fill barrels for 14 months. Hints of violet with pepper and coffee bean aromas on the nose marry well with plum and spicy notes on the palate. Bottled in September 2007.

Serve with Springbok fillet or with a biltong and blue cheese soufflé.
