ageing : Balanced and accesssible for early enjoyment, also has some ageing potential.

in the vineyard :  The Doolhof Cape Series celebrates some of the unique animals and birds of Southern Africa. Legend has it that wild Boar used to roam and forage the hills and valleys of Doolhof where today the vineyards Cabernet, Merlot and Malbec are established. If these mythical Boars were normal farm pigs gone wild or if they were Warthogs - Phacochoerus aethiopicus - remains one of those unsolved legends of Doolhof. Warthogs are widely distributed in South Africa.
