This is a wine that has ripe blackberries and blackcurrants followed by stewed plums and delicate white pepper on the nose and palate. The tannins are well integrated, giving the wine a smooth mouth feel.

This wine can be enjoyed on it own or served with smoked meats and charcuterie, red meats, poultry and game dishes with rich or lightly spiced sauces.
