Brilliant pink in the glass, with fresh red fruit on the nose. Ripe strawberry and cherry continue on the palate complemented by crisp acidity and a long, textured finish.

about the harvest: Harvest Dates: February 2010
in the cellar : The grapes are destalked and crushed, then left in the press overnight to extract colour, before pressing off and cold fermenting the wine. Bottled early to be consumed as a young wine.
