Palate: Well balanced tannin structure and juicy ripe fruits of the forest with acid refreshing on the palate. Medium to light bodied wine.

in the vineyard : Warm, dry summers and cold, wet winters. Limited Irrigation, mainly dry land, bush vine vineyards

about the harvest: Grapes are picked at optimum ripeness at 26° B from specially selected vineyards.

in the cellar : Drained and pressed at 5° B, and fermentation completed before inoculation with malolactic bacteria. After MLF, the wine is racked and stored in stainless steel tanks before bottling.
