Beau Joubert Ambassador Reserve 2009

Gorgeous complex layers of ripe currants, dark berries, stewed fruit, subtle spices and mocha flavours linger endlessly onto a mint, pencil shaving and cigar-box finish. Careful oak maturation, along with silky ripe tannins and beautifully integrated acid gives this wine superb structure.

Compliments most full-bodied dishes: beef, ostrich and dark chocolate with a high cocoa content.
