Waverley Hills Rose 2012

Our crisp dry Rosé has fresh flavours of pears, strawberries and limes. This attractive bright pinkish Rosé boasts hints of mineral aromas and has lingering notes of cut grass and lemon grass. It is an easy drinking and well-balanced wine which will mature well in the bottle until late 2014.

in the vineyard : 2012 harvest was very challenging with high temperatures early in the season and high pH levels The quality of the wines turned out well being handpicked early morning and left overnight in cold storage to cool down to 6ºC.
