in the vineyard : Merlot was selected from our estate vineyards in Stellenbosch and Paarl.
about the harvest: The grapes were harvested early in the morning.
in the cellar : The grapes were fermented in tank for 10 days. After fermentation the wine was transferred to 2nd and 3rd fill French and American oak barrels where it was matured for 9 months before bottling.
