in the vineyard : Our Diamond Collection Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from the cooler climate pockets of the Lutzville valley, namely the Koekenaap region which provides the intensity and elegance in this wine. The hot summer days and cool evenings allow the grapes to mature gradually and develop a full range of flavours. By picking a small portion of the Sauvignon Blanc grapes early, Jaco was able to retain a freshness in the wine, to compliment the succulent passion fruit and grapefruit driven flavours from the grapes harvested later in the season.
