ageing : This full-bodied red blend has very good maturing potential, reaching full maturity after 3-5 years.

about the harvest: The Merlot, Cabernet franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz grapes are picked at a full ripeness.

in the cellar : Each cultivar was fermented separately in open-top tanks (kuipe), then matured separately for 19 months before blending. The blend was matured in 50 % new French oak and 25% in 2nd and 3rd respectively for a further 3 months before bottling.
