in the vineyard : With every new vintage we need to improve the quality of this red blend. The effort to produce beautiful ripe fruit and the selection therefore becomes a passion.

in the cellar : During winemaking the cultivars were kept apart and aged in third fill 300 litre French oak and in stainless steel tanks with staves. After 8 months the different components were blended after rigorous tasting sessions with our Old Man, Peter Pentz.
