Stellar Organics No Sulphur Added Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

This wine has an intense dark ruby colour. Nose: roasted red pepper and mint with vanilla in the background combined with dark flavours of cherry tobacco. The wine has good firm tannins and a prominent acid. This combination of tannin and acid is essential to give life to a NSA wine.

Pair with beef roasts, Peking Duck or chocolate-based desserts.
