The Shiraz was one of only two Shiraz’s in Paarl’s Top 10 Wines, Paarl Wine of Origin.
The 2014 Paarl Wine Challenge included all cultivars and classes of wine from any producer in the Paarl Wine of Origin area. This wine also won at the Wine of the Month country-wide tasting of Shirazes earlier this year.

Oaking: 300L French (90%) & American (10%) oak barrels 30% new oak used 70% 2nd and 3rd fill
Aging: Matured in oak barrels for 22 months. Further maturation in stainless steel tanks for 8 months.
