about the harvest: Harvest commenced on 5 March. Grapes were harvested between 5 and 6.5 tons/ha.

in the cellar : Fermentation initiated in stainless steel tanks and underwent a series of punch downs and pump-overs until dry. Further maceration allowed before drawing off and light pressing. This wine spent 18 months in 500 litre French oak barrels of which 33% was new.

Bottled in January 2012.
